LCBO in Mississauga is seeking Holiday Customer Service Representatives to deliver exceptional in-store experiences from November 16 to December 31, 2026. You will operate the POS system, assist customers, and contribute to a friendly shopping environment during the holiday rush.

The LCBO is seeking Holiday Customer Service Representatives who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences in our retail stores across Ontario from November 16 to December 31, 2026. If you are interested in becoming a friendly, helpful go-to expert for customers during the holiday season, this role is a great opportunity to make a positive impact. Through paid online training, you will build your customer service skills and discover the world of wine, beer, cider and spirits, giving you the confidence to support customers and make their holiday shopping experience memorable.
Comfortable supporting customers and working effectively with teammates.
You must be legally allowed to work in Canada (have a valid SIN, Student, or Work Permit). You must be at least 18 years old.
Bilingualism (English and French) is a bonus.
Additional work may be available during the week (Monday – Thursday), based on store needs. Schedules are posted two weeks in advance. Extra shifts may come up on short notice.
