LCBO (Liquor Control Board of Ontario) is hiring Holiday Customer Service Representatives in Midland, Ontario for the holiday season from November 16 to December 31, 2026. You will operate the POS system, assist customers with purchases, and help with donations and surveys.
Candidates must be 18+, legally eligible to work in Canada, with bilingualism in English and French considered a bonus. Physical duties include lifting up to 40 lbs and standing for long periods.

The LCBO is seeking Holiday Customer Service Representatives who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences in our retail stores across Ontario from November 16 to December 31, 2026. Through paid online training, you will build your customer service skills and discover the world of wine, beer, cider and spirits, giving you the confidence to support customers and make their holiday shopping experience memorable.
Comfortable supporting customers and working effectively with teammates. You must be legally allowed to work in Canada (have a valid SIN, Student, or Work Permit). You must be at least 18 years old. Bilingualism (English and French) is a bonus.
Friday (5:00 p.m. – Close).
Saturday and Sunday (available all day for a 4-to- 8-hour shift).
Holiday Availability: Christmas Day (December 25). Boxing Day (December 26). New Year’s Eve (December 31).
Additional Availability: Additional work may be available during the week (Monday – Thursday), based on store needs. Schedules are posted two weeks in advance. Extra shifts may come up on short notice.
