Job summary

LCBO in Parkhill, Ontario is seeking Holiday Customer Service Representatives to support stores during the busy season from November 16 to December 31, 2026. You will work on-site, operate the POS system, assist customers with inquiries, and contribute to a safe, clean store environment.

Training is provided online; bilingual English/French is a bonus. Availability includes weekends and key holiday dates; candidates must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in Canada.

• Lift cases of various sizes and weights (up to 40 lbs./18 kg) repeatedly while standing for long periods of time.

The LCBO is seeking Holiday Customer Service Representatives who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences in our retail stores across Ontario from November 16 to December 31, 2026. About the Role:

You will be working on-site. #LI-OnSite Reporting to the Store Manager, you will:

• Serve customers using our POS/Cash system, promptly and responsibly, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.


• Ask for donations as part of our Spirit of Sustainability campaign.


• Participate in the Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey campaigns.


• Receive inventory, replenish stock, face-up products on shelves and ensure our store is clean, organized and safe for all.


• Lift cases of various sizes and weights (up to 40 lbs./18 kg) repeatedly while standing for long periods of time.

About You:

Comfortable supporting customers and working effectively with teammates.

• You must be legally allowed to work in Canada (have a valid SIN, Student, or Work Permit).


• You must be at least 18 years old.


• Bilingualism (English and French) is a bonus.

Required Availability:

• Friday (5:00 p.m. – Close).


• Saturday and Sunday (available all day for a 4-to- 8-hour shift).


• Holiday Availability: Christmas Day (December 25).


• Boxing Day (December 26).


• New Year’s Eve (December 31).

Additional Availability:

Additional work may be available during the week (Monday – Thursday), based on store needs. Schedules are posted two weeks in advance. Extra shifts may come up on short notice.
