Job summary

The LCBO is hiring Holiday Customer Service Representatives to support stores across Ontario from November 16 to December 31, 2026. You will be on-site, delivering friendly, efficient service and guiding customers through checkout and product knowledge.

Responsibilities include operating the POS/Cash system, restocking and facing products, participating in the Spirit of Sustainability donation campaigns, and assisting with Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey initiatives.

Qualifications

• You must be legally allowed to work in Canada (have a valid SIN, Student, or Work Permit).
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Bilingualism (English and French) is a bonus.

The LCBO is seeking Holiday Customer Service Representatives who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences in our retail stores across Ontario from November 16 to December 31, 2026. Through paid online training, you will build your customer service skills and discover the world of wine, beer, cider and spirits, giving you the confidence to support customers and make their holiday shopping experience memorable.

#LI-OnSite Reporting to the Store Manager, you will:

Comfortable supporting customers and working effectively with teammates.

Requirements:

Required Availability:

• Friday (5:00 p.m. – Close).
• Saturday and Sunday (available all day for a 4-to-8-hour shift).

Holiday Availability:

• Christmas Day (December 25).
• Boxing Day (December 26).
• New Year’s Eve (December 31).

Additional Availability:

Additional work may be available during the week (Monday – Thursday), based on store needs. Schedules are posted two weeks in advance. Extra shifts may come up on short notice.
