Job summary

LCBO in Mount Forest is seeking Holiday Customer Service Representatives to support our retail stores across Ontario during the holiday season from November 16 to December 31, 2026. You will help customers, operate the POS system, stock shelves, and ensure a clean, safe store environment.

The role includes paid online training to build customer service skills and product knowledge in wine, beer, cider and spirits.

Qualifications

• Comfortable supporting customers and working effectively with teammates.
• You must be legally allowed to work in Canada (have a valid SIN, Student, or Work Permit).
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Bilingualism (English and French) is a bonus.

• Receive inventory, replenish stock, face-up products on shelves and ensure our store is clean, organized and safe for all.
• Lift cases of various sizes and weights up to 40 lbs./18 kg while standing for long periods.

The LCBO is seeking Holiday Customer Service Representatives who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences in our retail stores across Ontario from November 16 to December 31, 2026. About the Role

#LI-OnSite Reporting to the Store Manager, you will:

• Serve customers using our POS/Cash system, promptly and responsibly, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
• Ask for donations as part of our Spirit of Sustainability campaign.
• Participate in the Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey campaigns.
• Receive inventory, replenish stock, face-up products on shelves and ensure our store is clean, organized and safe for all.
• Lift cases of various sizes and weights (up to 40 lbs./18 kg) repeatedly while standing for long periods of time.

About You

Required Availability

• Friday (5:00 p.m. - Close).
• Saturday and Sunday (available all day for a 4-to-8-hour shift).

Holiday Availability

• Christmas Day (December 25).
• Boxing Day (December 26).
• New Year's Eve (December 31).

Additional Availability

Additional work may be available during the week (Monday - Thursday), based on store needs. Schedules are posted two weeks in advance. Extra shifts may come up on short notice.
