Job summary

The LCBO is hiring Holiday Customer Service Representatives to support Ontario stores from November 16 to December 31, 2026. On-site roles involve assisting customers, handling transactions, and promoting seasonal campaigns.

Successful candidates will work in a collaborative team environment, with training provided. Availability includes Fridays evenings and weekend shifts during the holiday period.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Team collaboration and willingness to support store operations.
• Bilingual English/French is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers using the store POS/Cash system and ensure a high-quality shopping experience.
• Assist in donations as part of Spirit of Sustainability campaign.
• Support customer experience initiatives and postal code surveys.
• Receive inventory, replenish stock, face-up products, and keep the store clean, organized and safe.
• Lift cases up to 40 lbs/18 kg and stand for extended periods.

About the Role:

Reporting to the StoreManager, you will:

• Serve customers using our POS/Cash system, promptly and responsibly, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

• Ask for donations as part of our Spirit of Sustainability campaign.

• Participate in the Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey campaigns.

• Receive inventory, replenish stock, face-up products on shelves and ensure our store is clean,organizedand safe for all.

• Liftcases ofvarious sizesand weights(up to 40 lbs./18 kg)repeatedlywhilestanding forlong periodsof time.

About You:

• Comfortablesupporting customers and working effectively with teammates.

• You must be legally allowed to work in Canada (have a valid SIN, Student, or Work Permit).

• You must be at least 18 years old.

• Bilingualism (English and French) is a bonus.

• Required Availability

• Friday (5:00 p.m. - Close).

• Saturday and Sunday (available all day for a 4-to-8-hourshift).

Holiday Availability:

• Christmas Day (December 25).

• Boxing Day (December 26).

• New Year's Eve (December 31).

Additional Availability

• Additionalwork may be available during the week (Monday - Thursday), based on store needs.

• Schedules are posted two weeks in advance.

• Extra shifts may come up on short notice.
