Job summary

The LCBO is hiring Holiday Customer Service Representatives to staff Ontario stores from November 16 to December 31, 2026. You will work on-site, operate our POS system, and help customers with a friendly, engaging experience during the peak season.

Ideal candidates are 18+, legally eligible to work in Canada, and able to lift up to 40 lbs. English and French bilingualism is a bonus, and weekend availability is required for effective store coverage.

Qualifications

• Legally able to work in Canada (valid SIN, study permit, or work permit).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bilingualism (English and French) is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers using our POS/Cash system, promptly and responsibly, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
• Ask for donations as part of our Spirit of Sustainability campaign.
• Participate in the Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey campaigns.
• Receive inventory, replenish stock, face-up products on shelves and ensure our store is clean, organized and safe for all.
• Lift cases of various sizes and weights (up to 40 lbs./18 kg) repeatedly while standing for long periods.

Reporting to the StoreManager, you will:

About You:

• Comfortablesupporting customers and working effectively with teammates.
• You must be legally allowed to work in Canada (have a valid SIN, Student, or Work Permit).
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Bilingualism (English and French) is a bonus.
• Required Availability
• Friday (5:00 p.m. - Close).
• Saturday and Sunday (available all day for a 4-to-8-hourshift).

Holiday Availability:

• Christmas Day (December 25).
• Boxing Day (December 26).
• New Years Eve (December 31).

Additional Availability

• Additionalwork may be available during the week (Monday - Thursday), based on store needs.
• Schedules are posted two weeks in advance.
• Extra shifts may come up on short notice.
