Job summary

West Red Lake Gold Mines Ltd. is seeking a Maintenance & Asset Manager to lead maintenance and reliability across mobile equipment, fixed plant, electrical and instrumentation systems. The role drives asset strategy, budgeting, and lifecycle planning in a high‑grade mining operation in Northwestern Ontario.

The successful candidate will have a BEng, a P.Eng. designation in Canada, an MBA, and a minimum of 15 years of mining maintenance leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering and P.Eng. in Canada with MBA is preferred.
• Minimum 15 years in mining with senior maintenance leadership experience.
• Proven budgeting and capital planning across maintenance and asset lifecycles.
• Strong communication with frontline personnel, professionals and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance across mobile equipment, fixed plant and infrastructure.
• Develop and implement asset-management and reliability strategies.
• Own budgets, forecasts and lifecycle planning for maintenance assets.
• Drive safety, reliability, availability and cost-effectiveness targets.
• Collaborate across Maintenance, Mining, Processing, Finance and Supply Chain.
