Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Hitch Service Technician in Oshawa, Ontario. The role involves working in the Moving and Storage Center to assist customers by selecting and installing appropriate towing packages and delivering hands-on service.

Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, basic wiring and tool experience, and a high school diploma or equivalent. This on-site position offers benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic wiring and hand/power tool experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Understand and explain U-Haul’s towing packages.
• Recommend and install the right tow package on customer vehicles.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to U-Haul customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Participate in ongoing education through U-Haul University.
