TRG Staffing Solutions is hiring experienced Forklift Operators with Order Picker, Swing Reach, and Dock Stocker certifications for a leading Canadian retailer, based in Mississauga, ON. This full-time night shift offers a consistent Sunday to Thursday schedule and a pay rate of $22.90 per hour.

Join a fast-paced, RF-driven distribution operation and contribute to accurate stock put-away, order fulfillment, and safe, efficient warehouse performance. Weekly pay and recruiter support are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous Order Picker, Swing Reach, and Dock Stocker experience is required.
• Must hold valid Order Picker, Swing Reach, and Dock Stocker certifications.
• Experience operating multiple PIT types is an asset.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a fast-paced warehouse.

Responsabilités

• Operate Order Picker, Swing Reach, and Dock Stocker safely in a high-volume warehouse.
• Locate apparel with Order Picker and ensure accurate put-away.
• Use Swing Reach to put away, retrieve, and replenish products.
• Load/unload, move and stage pallets with Dock Stocker.
• Verify picked items against paperwork and correct discrepancies.
• Manually palletize and wrap skids; follow safety procedures.
• Meet daily productivity targets in an RF-driven environment.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as required.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate Order Picker, Swing Reach, and Dock Stocker equipment safely and efficiently in a high-volume warehouse environment.
• Operate an Order Picker machine to locate apparel in the warehouse and ensure products are put away accurately according to order requirements.
• Use Swing Reach equipment to put away, retrieve, and replenish products from designated warehouse locations.
• Operate Dock Stocker equipment to load, unload, move, and stage pallets safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload apparel, ensuring products are stored correctly, fully accounted for, and ready to be put away.
• Verify that picked apparel matches paperwork and is free of errors; identify and correct discrepancies, mark apparel for loading, and complete all procedures accurately.
• Manually palletize and wrap skids, including physically demanding tasks.
• Work in an RF-driven environment and meet daily productivity targets.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as required.

Qualifications

• Previous Order Picker, Swing Reach forklift, Dock Stocker experience is required.
• Must have valid and current Order Picker, Swing Reach, and Dock Stocker forklift/PIT certifications or licenses, as applicable.
• Previous experience operating multiple types of powered industrial trucks (PIT) is a strong asset.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment.
• Experience working with RF scanners and warehouse management systems is an asset.
• Must be able to reach, push, pull, and lift up to 40 lbs throughout an 8-10-hour shift.
• Must be able to safely operate material-handling equipment and follow all workplace safety procedures.
• Flexibility to work extended hours when required is a strong asset.
