Job summary

Adecco is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator for a full-time warehouse role in Mississauga, ON. The position requires driving Reach, Counterbalance, or Walkie forklifts in a fast-paced environment.

This afternoon shift (3:00pm–11:00pm) offers weekly pay, strong safety programs, and benefits after qualification. You will load/unload, stage orders, and assist with shipping and receiving while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift certification for Reach, Counterbalance, or Walkie.
• Minimum 1 year forklift operating experience.
• Experience in warehouse, distribution centre, shipping, receiving, or logistics.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Reach, Counterbalance, and/or Walkie forklifts.
• Load, unload, move, and store products throughout the warehouse.
• Complete daily equipment inspections and follow safety procedures.
• Support inventory replenishment and stock movement.
• Pick, pack, and stage customer orders accurately.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to locate and verify inventory.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse functions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems is considered an asset.

• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
