Qualifications

• Possess a valid Class 5 Driver's License.
• Demonstrate flexibility in working day, afternoon, and night shifts.
• Exhibit a strong work ethic and reliability in varying weather conditions.
• Capable of working in a collaborative team environment.
• Open to cross-training to meet evolving job demands.

Responsibilities

• Perform general roadside maintenance such as litter collection and grass cutting.
• Patrol highways and maintain rest stops, shoulders and drainage.
• Control traffic during road maintenance and in emergencies.
• Snow removal (seasonal).
• Maintain safety practices and report equipment issues.
• Establish clear work zones using signage and delineation devices.
