Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering focused on Transportation, Highway, or Roadway Engineering.
Relevant internship or professional work experience in transportation design.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, AutoTurn, InRoads/OpenRoads, InfraWorks.

Responsibilities

Working within the Highway Design group on the planning and design of provincial highway facilities.
Preparation of reports, construction plans, and technical specifications.
Collaborating with design teams consisting of multidisciplinary design engineers, technicians, and planners.
Working under the supervision of a project manager or senior-level team member and assisting with tasks including preparing engineering-related calculations, drawings, and visual aids.
Following corporate quality procedures.
