Job summary

Mainroad Group in Langley, BC, is seeking full-time roadcrew members for our Port Kells and Delta yards. With over 30 years in highway maintenance, you will help service 1,525 kms of roadway and 626 major structures, including Highway 99 and Lougheed Highway.

Graveyard shifts and weather conditions are expected; a Class 3 Driver's License with Air Brake endorsement is required. We offer a unionized work environment and a competitive salary, with opportunities to contribute to safe and reliable

Qualifications

• Valid Class 3 Driver's License with Air Brake endorsement.
• Proficiency in driving manual transmission vehicles.
• Minimum of 2 years truck driving experience preferred.
• Experience in highway maintenance and/or municipal equipment.
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions and graveyard shifts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dedication to safe, reliable highways for the public.

Responsibilities

• Help maintain and service 1,525 kms of roadway and 626 major structures, including Highway 99 and Lougheed Highway and Portman Bridge.
• Operate within a unionized work environment and contribute to roadway safety and reliability.

What you bring:

• A valid Class 3 Driver's License with Air Brake endorsement
