Job summary

Ledcor Highways is offering an entry-level opportunity to build a long-term career close to home in Ontario. We provide a fully funded program to upgrade your G class license to DZ, enabling you to join Ledcor and support winter and summer operations across the province.

This paid training helps you acquire your DZ license and develop the skills to become a safe and competent winter snowplow operator, with potential progression to full-time or seasonal employment.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Possess a minimum Class 5 License without restrictions and a clean driver’s abstract.
• Able to pass an MTO medical exam and vision screening exam (necessary to obtain AZ/DZ license).
• Safety-oriented with a commitment to quality.
• Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting 50 lbs. on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Support highway maintenance through graduated training to obtain a DZ license.
• Transition into winter and summer operations across Ontario with Ledcor.
• Potential progression to full-time or seasonal roles within Ledcor.
