Kichton Construction LP is seeking an experienced High Volume Trades Recruiter for our Acheson office on a 6-month contract, with extension potential. You will manage full-cycle recruitment across heavy civil construction, mining, oil sands and infrastructure projects in Alberta, collaborating with hiring managers and field leadership.

The role requires 5+ years in recruitment, strong sourcing and interview skills, and familiarity with ATS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting for both field and office-based positions is an asset.
• Strong interviewing, candidate assessment and communication skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms.

Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate, operational, construction and field positions.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, direct sourcing and industry contacts.
• Screen resumes and conduct telephone/video interviews to assess candidates against position requirements.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions.
• Recruit for a variety of roles including heavy equipment operators, skilled trades, supervisors, project management, estimating, engineering, administration and other construction-related positions.
• Assist with onboarding process and ensure new hires have required documentation before starting.
