Primoris Services Corporation is seeking a Recruiter to manage full-cycle, high-volume recruitment for skilled trades and select professional roles across projects. The role emphasizes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Location: Corporate Office - Acheson, Alberta, and involvement with recruitment events as needed. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of recruitment experience in industrial settings, strong communication

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in industrial construction, oil & gas, or skilled trades.
• Proven experience managing high-volume or project-based hiring.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with talent management programs such as Workday, UKG, ICIMS, etc.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume recruitment efforts for skilled trades and professional roles across the organization.
• Execute end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding candidates.
• Adhere to established recruitment processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
• Conduct frequent outbound calls to applicants to assess qualifications, availability, and interest.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Make hiring recommendations and extend verbal and written offers to selected candidates.
