Job summary

PS Technologies Inc. is seeking a CADD Drafter to support substation projects in Alberta and Western Canada. You will prepare complete drawings of layouts, sections, profiles, and wiring diagrams to provide clear representations of facilities.

The role requires a college degree or 2-year CADD certificate, 6+ years drafting experience including 4+ in HV substations, and proficiency with AutoCAD or MicroStation. Salary is commensurate with experience; benefits included.

Qualifications

• College degree or 2-year technical certificate in CADD.

Responsibilities

• Prepare substation layout drawings including sections, details and profiles for clear facility representation.
• Prepare electrical single lines, AC/DC schematics and wiring drawings.
• Produce project drawings from preliminary layouts and arrangements.
• Collaborate with engineering departments to review project assignments.
