Job summary

Rising Edge Group is seeking a Site Supervisor in Calgary to manage daily on-site construction activities for high-voltage projects. You will lead crews, ensure safety, schedule adherence, and budget control while acting as the key liaison with the Project Manager, client, and subcontractors.

The role requires 5-7 years of construction experience, a degree in construction management or a related field (or journeyperson designation), and willingness to travel to site locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in construction management or related field OR journeyperson PSE/electrician designation.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction activities ensuring safety, schedule, budget and quality.
• Lead and support site crews, fostering productivity and teamwork.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, client and subcontractors as primary liaison.
• Ensure daily crew timesheets are completed and submitted.
• Promote strong safety culture and report incidents to Safety Manager.
