Job summary

Rising Edge Group in Canada is seeking an experienced Field Foreman to manage on-site construction activities for high‑voltage projects. You will lead a small crew, ensure work aligns with drawings, schedules and safety standards, and submit daily progress reports to the Construction Manager.

The ideal candidate has a Construction Management degree or Journeyperson PSE/Electrician designation, 5–7 years in construction, and willingness to travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Journeyperson PSE/Electrician designation.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• 5-7 years of construction experience.
• Experience with medium to high-voltage facilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct on-site construction activities and lead a small crew.
• Ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, schedules, budget, safety and quality requirements.
• Submit daily progress reports and timesheets to the Construction Manager.
• Act as liaison between management and crew and enforce safety policies.
