Job summary

Rising Edge Group is seeking a Labourer to support crews on an outdoor construction site. The role involves digging, lifting, keeping the work area clean, and assisting with material movement under supervision at a DOW Chemical Facility project.

Candidates should be able to work 48 hours per week, endure variable weather, and lift up to 55 lbs. A valid Class 5 license and CSTS certification are preferred assets for this safety-sensitive position.

Qualifications

• Minimum education equivalent to Grade 10; High School Diploma preferred.
• At least 1 year of construction experience, preferably in medium- to high-voltage industry.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 55 lbs.
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Perform physically demanding work in a fast-paced outdoor environment, including digging, lifting, and moving materials and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the job site; assist with site tasks.
• Safely operate and maintain basic hand tools and assist equipment operators.
• Assist equipment operators by guiding equipment and material movement on site.
