Job summary

Securiguard Services Ltd. is hiring a high-profile security professional for a high-profile client in St. Albert, Alberta.

The schedule is 4 days on/4 days off with shifts from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am and a pay rate of 24/hr, increasing to 25.20/hr after three months. Biweekly pay is provided. Duties include security desk work, CCTV monitoring, customer service, patrolling, incident reporting, and responding to emergencies.

Qualifications

• Valid Alberta security license is required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Experience with report writing and CCTV/desk duties is preferred.

We are currently hiring a high profile security professional for a high profile client

Location: St. Albert, AB

Schedule: Position would work 4 days on/4 days off

Timings: 7:00 pm to 7:00 am

Pay rate: 24/hr (Increased to $25.20/hr after 3 months)

Biweekly Pay period.

Job duties may include, but are not restricted to

• Providing excellent customer service to both the client and its guests
• Security desk duties including CCTV monitoring
• Advanced computer skills.
• Responding to client requests
• Responding to emergency service requests
• Patrolling duties including regular building patrols, inspections of data server rooms and temperature gauge monitoring
• Report writing and two-way radio communication
• Reporting site incidents to Operations Managers

Candidate Requirements:

• Valid Alberta security license
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• First Aid (Intermediate) certificate is an asset
• Comfortable in patrolling, ability to sit, stand and walk for an extended period of time
• Requires good computer skills and an ability to use systems such as Microsoft Office Suite
• Minimum 1 year experience in Commercial/SOC security
• Minimum 1 year experience in a high-touch customer service environment
• Excellent report writing and communication skills
• Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check
