Job summary

The Authentic T-Shirt Company/SanMar Canada in Calgary, AB is seeking a motivated Machine Operator to manage full-case orders from bulk storage and operate equipment to move products up to 20+ feet high. You will ensure orders are filled accurately and on time, while maintaining safety and efficiency across the warehouse.

Ideal candidates are experienced in high-volume picking, forklift operation, and RF scanning, with a collaborative mindset and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be experienced, accurate and high-volume picker with excellent product knowledge.
• Able to safely operate Narrow Aisle Order Picker and Reach Truck forklift.
• Good working knowledge of warehouse systems and RF components.
• Able to work with minimum supervision, organized and reliable.
• Self-starter and team player.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed high-bay and mid-bay picking accuracy targets.
• Process auto-tags within 30 minutes and high-bay orders within 45 minutes.
• Complete daily order cut-offs and stage orders for shipping.
• Perform RF deletions/additions for inventory accuracy.
• Put away inbound goods and participate in cycle counts.
• Monitor machine & battery levels and report issues to supervisor.
• Maintain housekeeping and organize workload to meet deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with the SanMar Canada team and stakeholders.
