Well.ca in Calgary is seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our fast-growing, Canadian ecommerce team. Your day will be Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, picking, packing and shipping customer orders with accuracy and speed.

This role emphasizes teamwork, inventory monitoring and a willingness to lift up to 50 lbs. We offer a collaborative hybrid work environment, competitive hourly wages of $18 CAD and growth opportunities within a purpose-driven company.

Qualifications

• Must be available Sunday to Thursday.
• Motivated, hardworking, and passionate.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team.
• Knowledge of handheld tablets or RF scanner.
• Detail oriented and drive to initiate change.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders quickly and accurately for shipment.
• Assist with monitoring and tracking warehouse inventory.
• Weigh, label, and ship orders using an automated shipping station.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Work as part of a team to support growth and development.
• Operate warehouse equipment including carts and pallet jacks.
