Qualifications

• Training (certification) in at least 2 of the following: ostomy, compression garments, etc.
• Functional and technical knowledge of general HHC supplies.

Responsibilities

• Arrange sales of medical equipment and conduct fittings.
• Ensure all customer after sale service requirements are met.
• Answer phone inquiries and resolve client concerns.
• Handle customer complaints according to protocol.
• Stock shelves and inform when inventory is low.
• Keep knowledge of HHC products current.
• Complete required paperwork timely.
