Job summary

Key Equipment Services is seeking a Service Technician to service commercial kitchen appliances across western Canada. You’ll handle hot-side equipment, from coffee machines to combi-ovens, with training provided as needed. A valid driver’s license, customer focus, and flexibility for overtime are essential.

Qualifications

• Education in appliance service is preferred.
• Gasfitter certification preferred or willing to learn during training.
• Experience diagnosing and trouble-shooting commercial food equipment.
• Must be available to work overtime and participate in on-call rotation.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Service commercial cooking equipment, gas, steam, and electric appliances such as coffee machines, toasters, slicers, ranges, fryers, steamers and combi-ovens.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex equipment while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Be the HERO every day, supporting colleagues and customers with reliable service.
• Occasionally travel to other locations or for training purposes.
