Job summary

Precision AQ HEOR is seeking a Project / Portfolio Manager to support global HEOR programs, with a focus on Joint Clinical Assessment (JCA) submissions, literature reviews, statistical analyses, and economic models.

In this client‑facing role, you will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and provide clear status updates to senior leaders and clients, helping to drive on‑time delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within consulting, life sciences, HEOR, market access, or related environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working in a client-facing role, supporting or leading project management communications.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with project tracking tools is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative, cross‑functional team.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management across portfolios and JCA programs.
• Develop plans, track timelines, resources, risks and delivery.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports for clients.
• Coordinate internal workflows and cross-disciplinary alignment.
• Monitor scope changes and manage change orders with impacts.
• Support governance discussions and act as client-facing PM contact.
• Contribute to proposal development and start-up activities.
