As a Hematologist, you will utilize your extensive experience to provide hemato-oncology consultation, patient care, teaching, and research, with a focus on myeloid hematological malignancies.
We seek a hematologist with expertise in treating myeloid malignancies. The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative care team committed to excellence, participating in clinical, research, administrative, and educational activities.
This role is integrated into the Surrey Hematology group, which includes five hematologists with combined malignant myeloid practices at BC Cancer - Surrey and general hematology practices within Fraser Health, including call coverage responsibilities for the Fraser Health region. The 0.5 FTE BCC-Cancer Hematology position will be complemented by a separate 0.5 FTE position through Fraser Health. More details for the Fraser Health role can be found here. There is flexibility for either a short-term locum or a permanent position, depending on the candidate's preferences.
