Job summary

Sleep Country Canada is seeking a delivery associate in Richmond, BC to provide exceptional home delivery service. You will alternate between driving and assisting, handle product assembly when needed, and complete delivery paperwork while following safety protocols.

The role requires a high school diploma, physical ability to lift up to 88 lbs, and flexible shifts that may include evenings and weekends; prior warehouse or delivery experience is a plus.

Rotating Shifts Including Weekends - 10 hours x 4 days - 8:0am - 6:30-pm

In this role you will:

• Provide an excellent customer service experience by delivering our products to each customer’s home in a professional, friendly and enthusiastic manner
• Work together as part of a team by alternating between a driving and helping capacity
• Handle and assemble (where required) our products into customers’ homes while following all health and safety procedures
• Complete the required paperwork for each delivery
• Work together as part of the Operations team to exceed goals and expectations

The Qualifications and Experience we like to see:

• High school diploma
• Physical ability to lift and move large items up to 88lbs (40kg)
• Ability to work a flexible shift which may include evenings and weekends
• Think quickly and the ability to tackle problems
• Experience working within a warehouse or delivery environment is considered an asset

Additional information

This is a current open position. The starting hourly rate is $24.16. Rate is based on market location.
