Job summary

Halton Healthcare is seeking a dedicated individual to assemble and deliver patient meals in a hospital setting. You will prepare patient trays, assist with cleaning and warewashing, and organize supplies while supporting a patient-centered care approach.

The role is temporary full-time for approximately 3 months, with 8-hour day shifts across Mon-Sun. Candidates should be prepared for a dynamic environment and excellent teamwork within a healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain the Food Handler's Certification.
• Knowledge of WHMIS and HACCP regulations.
• Knowledge of industrial food service equipment.
• Customer service experience in the food service industry preferred.
• Must be organized and detail oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with volunteers and patients, both verbal and written.
• Position requires long periods of standing, repetitive actions, and bending and lifting.
• Satisfactory employment and attendance record.

Job Description
