You will play a crucial role in enhancing our guests' overall experience, making it a memorable one.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
• Assist guests with appointment bookings, rescheduling, and inquiries.
• Manage the salon's front desk, including answering phone calls, texts, and addressing guest emails.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, retail displays, and waiting area.
• Offer beverages and amenities to guests, enhancing their comfort during their visit.
• Educate guests about our salon services and products.
• Handle retail sales transactions, recommend products, and support inventory management.
• Coordinate with our talented stylists to ensure seamless guest flow and scheduling.
• Resolve guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications :

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
