Job summary

All-Equip Repair & Service in St. Marys, Ontario is seeking a 310T Apprentice to join our hands-on team in a busy production shop. This full-time, on-site role involves repairing and maintaining heavy trucks, trailers, and tractors, with an emphasis on diagnostics and safety.

You will learn from experienced technicians while contributing to preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and shop organization. The position offers day shifts, potential overtime, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must reside in Canada and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Willing to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment.
• Flexible to work day shifts and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on heavy trucks, trailers, and tractors.
• Update and maintain work orders (paper and computerized).
• Perform inspections, diagnostic tests, troubleshooting, and general repairs.
• Maintain an orderly and clean shop.
• Support additional shop duties and maintenance as assigned.
