Job summary

All-Equip Repair & Service in St. Marys, Ontario is seeking a 310T Apprentice to join our hands-on team in a busy production shop. This full-time, on-site role involves repairing and maintaining heavy trucks, trailers, and tractors, with an emphasis on diagnostics and safety.

You will learn from experienced technicians while contributing to preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and shop organization. The position offers day shifts, potential overtime, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must reside in Canada and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Willing to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment.

The Opportunity

All‑Equip Repair & Service is a growing family‑run business that provides a positive work environment and the opportunity to expand your experience and knowledge within the industry. We are currently looking for a 310T Apprentice to join our team.

Work Arrangement

Full‑Time, Fully On‑site, Monday to Friday, day shift depending on production needs. This is hands‑on assembly work in a busy manufacturing environment.

Compensation

This is a hourly position paying $24-$36/hr depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including Extended Health Care, Dental, and RRSP contributions. Overtime is available for those who want it.

The Role

As a 310T Apprentice, you’ll support the repair and maintenance of heavy trucks, trailers, and tractors. You’ll perform inspections, diagnostics, and general repairs while learning from experienced technicians. You’ll also help maintain shop organization and support additional duties as needed.

In a typical week, you’ll move between preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair tasks, and shop upkeep — gaining experience across a wide range of equipment.

Qualifications & Experience

• Currently living in Canada.
• 310T Apprentice.
• Dedicated and reliable.
• Able to function well in a physically demanding environment.
• Willing to work extra hours when required (customers depend on their trucks being back on the road).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Strong organizational abilities — prioritization, multitasking, timelines, and time management.
• Able to set personal timelines and self‑manage work to stay on schedule.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Physically capable of working in a fast‑paced shop environment.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Detail‑oriented with a quality‑first mindset.
• Commitment to safe work practices and proper PPE use.

Education & Certifications

Currently enrolled for a 310T Apprentice is an asset.
