Job summary

MasterTech in Windsor, ON seeks experienced Mechanics (Heavy Equipment, Truck, Automotive) to maintain, diagnose, and repair a diverse line of equipment. The role covers both shop and field work and offers a variable schedule with day shift options.

The ideal candidate has apprentice or journeyman credentials and hands-on experience with electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems. Compensation ranges from $25.00 to $50.00 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package and RRSP matching.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing various types/brands of heavy equipment (construction, earth moving, forestry, aerial, lift).
• Excellent understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Apprentice or Journeyman level 421A, 310S, and/or 310T preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, diagnose, and repair heavy equipment in shop or field settings.
• Perform diagnostics and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems across equipment types.

Job description

MasterTech is on the search for experienced Mechanics (Heavy Equipment, Truck, Automotive) in Windsor, ON.

The successful Mechanics will be responsible for the maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of a diverse line of specialized heavy equipment. Both shop & field work is available.

Compensation Package:

• $25.00 - $50.00/hour based on experience.

Shift Schedule:

Day shift, 8:00AM to 4:30PM (Monday to Friday). Overtime available.

Key Qualifications:

• Apprentice or Journeyman level 421A, 310S, and/or 310T is preferred.
• Experience servicing various types/brands of heavy equipment (construction, earth moving, forestry, aerial, lift, etc.)
• Excellent understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
