Job summary

MasterTech in Markham, ON is seeking an experienced Field Service Mechanic to service client heavy equipment across construction, forestry, mining, and landscaping sectors. You will diagnose, repair and maintain machines with a field service truck provided.

The role requires a valid 310T or 421A license, strong electrical/hydraulic/mechanical knowledge, the ability to work independently, and a clean driving record. Overtime opportunities and a benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Requires Truck and Coach (310T) or Heavy Equipment (421A) Technician license.
• Strong understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Valid driver's license; DZ preferred not required.

Job description

MasterTech is on the search for an experienced Field Service Mechanic in the Markham, ON area.

The successful Technician will be responsible for the maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of client heavy equipment (construction, forestry, mining, landscaping, etc.). Field service truck is included.

Compensation:

• $38.00 - $55.0-hour.
• Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
• 3 weeks paid vacation to start.
• Company vehicle and gas card provided.
• RRSP match.

Shift:

• Days, 7AM start time (Monday to Friday). Overtime available.

Key Qualifications:

• Truck and Coach (310T) and/or Heavy Equipment (421A) Technician license.
