Price Steel Ltd. in Edmonton, AB, is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Technician to maintain and repair forklifts, loaders, skid steers, material handling equipment, and heavy‑duty trucks and trailers.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Heavy Equipment Technician certification or equivalent.
• Experience with heavy equipment maintenance preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and conduct routine inspections.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, diesel engine, powertrain, brake, steering, suspension, and electronic control systems.
• Complete accurate service records and repair documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Heavy Equipment Technician (Edmonton, AB)

We are looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Technician to maintain and repair a diverse fleet of equipment including forklifts, loaders, skid steers, material handling equipment, and heavy-duty trucks and trailers.

We offer competitive hourly compensation of $ 50-60 based on your experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.

What you’ll do:

• Perform preventative maintenance and conduct routine inspections
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, diesel engine, powertrain, brake, steering, suspension, and electronic control systems
• Complete accurate service records and repair documentation
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Journeyman Heavy Equipment Technician (preferred)
• CVIP license or experience is an asset
• Valid driver’s license with a clean drivers abstract
• Must provide your own tools
• Available to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
