Qualifications

• Mechanical experience in preventive maintenance of heavy equipment or similar.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute within a team.
• Ability to juggle priorities with minimal supervision.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data entry.

Responsibilities

• Wash equipment, touch up paint, and replace decals.
• Inspect rental equipment for proper operation.
• Complete preventative maintenance schedules per manufacturer guidance.
• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and routine servicing.
• Conduct annual inspections on select equipment.
• Maintain documentation and data entry accurately.
• Assist other technicians and support shop operations.
