We are seeking skilled Heavy Equipment Operators for the 2025 season, primarily in Edmonton. Our fleet includes CAT equipment, maintained for various tasks. Operators are needed for:

• Excavators
• Loaders
• Skid-Steers
• Graders (GPS experience preferred)
• Dozers (GPS experience preferred)

The responsibilities include:

• Performing pre-operation inspections and maintenance checks
• Operating heavy equipment safely for grading, excavating, and other tasks
• Communicating with team members and supervisors to meet project needs
• Adhering to safety protocols in dynamic environments

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years of heavy equipment operating experience
• Experience with multiple machinery types is an asset
• Ability to perform finish grading and interpret survey stakes
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Adaptability to varying job site conditions
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• CSTS and Ground Disturbance certification required
