Job summary

Dawson Group is seeking Winter Labourers for our Smithers, BC operations. These positions involve working outdoors in all weather conditions and supporting road maintenance and traffic control. Qualifications

• Minimum two years of road maintenance and/or construction experience.
• Valid Class 1 preferred, or 3 Drivers license required.
• BCCSA Traffic Control Ticket.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work shift work.
• Minor equipment maintenance skills.
• Ability to manage electronic reporting using tablets.

• Support road maintenance and traffic control duties.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Perform tasks in a safe, efficient manner and follow company procedures.

What You’ll Need

What Will Make You Stand Out

• Two (2) years commercial driving experience
