Job summary

CiviCorp Excavation Inc. is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our field crews in Nova Scotia.

You will operate excavators, loaders, and dozers safely and efficiently on civil construction sites, perform daily inspections, and coordinate with the foreman and ground crew to keep operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years’ experience operating heavy equipment, a Class 5 driver’s licence, and strong safety awareness with mechanical aptitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of heavy equipment operation experience.
• Class 5 valid driver’s licence.
• Strong safety awareness and mechanical aptitude.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform repetitive tasks.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a crew.
• Heavy Equipment Operator certification is an asset.

Responsibilities
