TDW is hiring a Heavy Equipment - Excavator Operator in Canada (Nisku). The role focuses on safe operation of excavators for pipeline construction, maintenance, and site preparation, with strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 5 years of hotlines experience, a valid class 5 license, and relevant ground disturbance and safety certifications. Travel may be required to support field activities.

Competenze

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Experience in energy or oil gas, pipeline, and water & sewage industry a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience digging on hotlines.
• Valid class 5 driver's license (No GDL) (class 1 or 3 considered an asset).
• Pipeline construction or maintenance experience.
• Equipment certifications and operator training.
• Must have valid Ground Disturbance Level 2, H2S Alive, Standard First Aid/CPR and CSTS/CSO or equivalent.

• Operate heavy equipment excavators in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform excavation work around live pipelines (live lines) and utilities while following ground disturbance requirements.
• Assist with pipeline exposure, repairs, installation, critical lifts, and restoration activities.
