Job summary

Jkm-M in Pointe-Claire is seeking a Heavy-Duty Vehicle Mechanic to perform general and preventive maintenance on trucks and heavy units at our local workshop.

You will diagnose and repair vehicles, complete inspection reports, and keep the work area clean and safe. The role requires residency in Quebec and a DEP in heavy-duty mechanics or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Must reside in Quebec (mandatory).
• Read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in heavy-duty vehicle mechanics.

Requirements

• Reliable, punctual, autonomous, and proactive
• Ability to understand and read electrical schematics
• Minimum of 1years of experience in heavy-duty vehicle mechanics

Assets

• Valid PEP card (truck or trailer )(mandatory)
• Must have eprsonal toolbox and tools
• Valid driver's licence
• DEP (Vocational Diploma) in heavy-duty mechanics ou equivalent enperience
• To know to how read, write and count

Working Conditions

• Salary:(depending on experience)
• Schedule: Monday to Thursday5:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Friday 5:30 am to 13:00
• Shift: Day
