Job summary

Brandt is seeking an Outside Parts & Service Representative at Vars Peterbilt location. This role focuses on selling truck and transport parts and services, building strong customer relationships, and delivering after-sales support.

You will visit customers, develop annual territory plans, and collaborate with Parts and Service teams to boost profitability. Travel within the territory is required, with some nights away.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales experience in a related role.
• Journeyman/Red Seal is preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean record.
• Knowledge of truck and coach parts.
• Positive, professional attitude.
• Ability to travel within territory; nights away may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to grow sales.
• Assist the Parts & Service departments to improve profitability.
• Prospect and cold call new accounts with promotions.
• Execute annual territory plans to maximize sales.
• Visit customers monthly within the territory (AOR).
• Keep customers informed on new products and services.
• Maintain and utilize customer databases and quotes.
• Collaborate with management to meet budget goals.
• Gather competitive pricing information.
• Participate in training and development.
• Maintain company vehicle cleanliness and maintenance.
• Other duties as assigned.
