Job summary

Ledcor Highways is hiring skilled Truck and Coach Technicians/Heavy Duty Mechanics for our Highway Maintenance team in Ontario. You will maintain and repair heavy equipment such as plow and sanding trucks, loaders, and light support gear, following manufacturer programs and safety policies.

The role requires a 310T or Red Seal On-Road ticket, a valid driver's license with a 3-year abstract, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Relocation packages and competitive wage ranges apply.

Qualifications

• Must have a 310T Truck and Coach ticket or Red Seal On-Road ticket.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to provide a 3-year driving abstract.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions; read sketches/diagrams.
• Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair of heavy construction and maintenance equipment such as plow and sanding trucks, loaders, and light support gear.
• Follow manufacturer and internal maintenance programs and inspection procedures.
• Engage in Ledcor safety policies and procedures.
• Complete maintenance records and documentation as required.
