Job summary

Prairie Fleet Services in Killarney, MB, seeks an energetic Heavy-Duty Mechanic to service trucks, trailers, and equipment at our shop. Reporting to the Shop Manager, you will perform maintenance, diagnose faults, and ensure high-quality workmanship to meet customer needs. First, second, or third year apprentices welcome; Red Seal is an asset.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and teamwork skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to multi-task and problem solve.
• Welding experience is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic to intermediate mechanical repairs to trucks, trailers, vehicles, and equipment.
• Diagnose faults and malfunctions.
• Ensure high standard of service for customers.
