Supreme International is seeking a hands-on Heavy Duty Mechanic to diagnose, maintain, and repair heavy machinery at our Alberta facility. The role focuses on keeping operations running smoothly and minimizing downtime through proactive maintenance and precise repairs.

You will work with a team of skilled technicians, performing inspections, diagnosing issues, and ensuring safe, high‑quality workmanship. A strong background in hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems is required, along with

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of heavy‑duty equipment repair experience.
Strong understanding of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving ability.
Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Conduct detailed inspections on heavy‑duty machinery and equipment.
Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues.
Use diagnostic tools to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, brake adjustments, and fluid replacements.
Repair or replace defective parts, components, and systems.
Maintain accurate documentation of repairs, inspections, and maintenance work.
Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors on equipment status.
