We specialize in recruiting top talent for roles involving heavy-duty equipment mechanics. These skilled professionals repair, troubleshoot, adjust, overhaul, and maintain mobile heavy-duty equipment used across various industries, including construction, transportation, forestry, mining, oil and gas, material handling, landscaping, land clearing, and farming. Our clients include companies that own and operate heavy equipment, as well as heavy equipment dealers, rental and service providers, railway transport companies, and urban transit systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect bulldozers, cranes, graders, and other heavy equipment used in construction, agriculture, logging, and mining for optimal performance and identify faults or malfunctions.
  • Diagnose equipment issues using computerized testing tools and determine necessary repairs.
  • Adjust machinery and repair or replace defective parts using hand and power tools.
  • Test repaired equipment to ensure proper performance and adherence to manufacturer specifications.
  • Conduct routine maintenance, including cleaning and lubricating equipment.
  • Service attachments and tools such as harvesters, tillage equipment, plows, winches, and side booms.
  • Potentially perform repair work on heavy trucks and attach components to new farm equipment.
  • Specialization opportunities include machinery types like combines or tracked vehicles, as well as engine overhaul, power shift transmissions, hydraulics, electronics, and more.

Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour

Language Requirements:

  • French is not required.

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shifts
  • Day shift, Monday to Friday
