Maple Leaf Drilling is seeking a Mechanic with experience in Diesel, Gas, and Hydraulics to join our team in Winnipeg, MB. The role focuses on vehicle and drilling equipment repairs with most work in the shop, plus field repairs with a $5/hr premium when performed in the field.

We require at least 2 years of mechanical experience or certification; candidates must pass a drug test and provide a driver's abstract and a criminal record check.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years mechanical experience in heavy equipment or certification equivalent.
• Must pass Drug Testing prior to hire and provide a Driver's Abstract and Criminal Record Check.
• Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions; long days and some weekends.
• Some overnight travel away from home may be required.
• Own vehicle required; no public transportation available.

Maple Leaf Drilling is looking for a Mechanic with relative experience required in Diesel, Gas, and Hydraulics. We are searching for a team member that must have at least 2 years of Mechanical experience in Heavy Equipment or Certification equivalent. All applicants must pass Drug Testing prior to hire and provide a Driver's Abstract and Criminal Record Check.

Qualifications

• This person will be responsible for Vehicle and Mechanical repairs and maintenance, with mostly Shop Work


• Field repairs to be done in mechanic truck. Additional $5.00/hr premium for work completed in the field.


• Candidate must be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions, there will be long days, and some weekends.


• Some overnight travel away from home maybe required.


• Must have own vehicle to get to work, no public transportation available. Class 1 or 3 with Air an asset


• First Aid Certificate, Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHIMS), other Safety Courses would be an asset.


• Equipment Operation would be an asset

Job Responsibilities
