Job summary

Superior is seeking skilled Industrial Assemblers to join our production team in Morris, MN. You will be responsible for assembly and installation of parts, operate bearing presses and nail guns, and follow safe crane operation practices throughout the shift.

The role offers a day shift (6:00am - 4:30pm, Mon-Fri) with weekly pay, benefits including medical/dental/vision, PTO, a 401K with 5% match, boot reimbursements up to $125, and on-the-spot bonuses up to $100.

Qualifications

• Mechanical ability helpful.
• Ability to identify tools accurately.
• Able to read blueprints with attention to detail.
• Able to read 1/8", 1/16", and 1/32" graduations on a tape measure and convert feet/inches.

Responsibilities

• Assembly & Installation: Install parts and sub-assemblies before and after painting.
• Operate equipment and tools such as bearing presses, impact wrenches, and nail guns.
• Follow safety procedures and operate overhead cranes.
• Provide general support to meet production needs.

Job description

Superior is looking for skilled and dedicated Industrial Assemblers to join our team. In this role, you'll be essential to our production process, ensuring high-quality results. We offer a supportive and dynamic work environment where your contributions are valued.

An Industrial Assembler is responsible for the following job duties:

• Assembly & Installation: Install purchased parts and sub-assemblies both before and after the painting process.
• Equipment Operation: Operate various tools and equipment, including bearing presses, impact wrenches, and nail guns.
• Safety & Crane Operation: Adhere strictly to safe operating and lifting procedures when using overhead cranes.
• General Support: Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned by the supervisor to support production needs.

Compensation

• The starting pay range for this position is $19 - $24 per hour. Final compensation will depend on various factors including: skills, experience, and location.

Day Shift

• 6:00am - 4:30pm Monday through Friday
