Randstad Canada is hiring a Machine Operator Associate to operate heat press machinery and transfer designs onto sports jerseys at our Toronto area site. You will ensure design alignment and monitor equipment, contributing to daily production targets and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in heat press or machines in the apparel industry.
• Ability to stand for majority of the shift.
• Familiarity with diverse heat transfer materials.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Technical troubleshooting capability.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to lift moderate weights and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate heat press machinery to transfer designs onto sports jerseys.
• Ensure accurate placement and alignment of designs. (centered)
• Monitor and maintain equipment for optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily production goals.
• Perform quality control to ensure finished products meet standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
